Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production incident backlog and support UAT processes, including employee training
• Develop and maintain testing processes, ensuring quality throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with software engineering and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and resolve incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with 8-10 years of experience in technology analysis
• Experience in a healthcare-related or financial field preferred
• Proficiency with Atlassian product suite and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of web application development patterns and database platforms
• Experience with enterprise-scale application development and data protection legislation
