Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed sessions with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data extract requirements
• Document current state reporting logic and analyze gaps between legacy mainframe processes and future cloud architecture
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise IT
• 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements for reporting and data extracts
• Strong familiarity with mainframe systems (IMS, COBOL, JCL)
• Understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field is preferred
