Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to drive automation of customer support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to define and analyze requirements
• Manage requirement changes within projects and resolve technical dependencies
• Decompose complex systems to formulate tasks and transfer context

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis
• Experience in building product systems and working with project management methodologies like Agile
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and understanding of event-driven architecture
• Experience with BPM platforms and SQL, along with knowledge of integration patterns
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and relational/non-relational databases
