Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst responsible for technical program support across various IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the Contractor Project Management Plan and produce monthly progress reports
• Coordinate and prepare materials for technical meetings and provide Tier III service desk support for PIV NextGen integrations
• Ensure compliance with security standards and manage knowledge documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of relevant IT experience in systems analysis, design, and integration
• 8+ years of systems analysis/engineering experience supporting enterprise IT programs, preferably for federal customers
• Experience with ServiceNow and Tier III support workflows
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools such as MS Project and Power BI
