Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize key business applications, the remote Senior Systems Analyst will manage configurations and workflows for JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite while partnering with stakeholders to implement solutions and provide training for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Collect stakeholder requirements and design/implement solutions, coordinating with developers for complex needs
• Train end users and provide guidance on system usage across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Professional certifications in Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration preferred
• Strong experience in process improvements and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision
• Experience leading application-related projects, including implementations and migrations
