Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex data migration efforts, the remote Senior Systems Analyst will own the end-to-end migration lifecycle, working directly with customers to analyze, map, transform, and validate data as it transitions from legacy systems to the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle data migrations across multiple customer projects, including discovery, mapping, transformation, validation, and go-live
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding data strategy, surfacing risks, and managing expectations
• Analyze and validate large, complex datasets using advanced SQL and build ETL/ELT processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, warehousing, systems analysis, or ETL-focused roles
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, preferably SSIS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
