Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical and operational support for Infor Supply Chain and Recall Management, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will oversee product recall processes, perform system administration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and consumer safety in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists IT teams with product/tool selection and technical evaluations to meet enterprise requirements
• Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Functions as a technical consultant, participating in system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and achieve institutional goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
• Four years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (or equivalent experience based on education level)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
