Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Experienced analysts will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Systems Analyst, responsible for performing manual testing, documenting processes, and providing second and third-level support while managing projects and ensuring data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing related to Enrollment, Group Product, and Premium billing
• Document customer and business requirements, ensuring quality and validity of produced documents
• Independently triage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues while mentoring less experienced staff

Required qualifications

• Typically has 5+ years of experience with modern technology and application support
• Proficient understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrates knowledge of information technology fundamental tools and concepts
• Willingness to maintain standby status as part of a rotation within the team
