Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a senior subject-matter expert in finance systems analysis, the full-time remote Senior Systems Analyst will perform hands-on systems analysis for Oracle Cloud ERP-enabled accounting operations, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, providing functional expertise and recommending solution designs aligned to accounting policy and operational needs
• Analyze integrations and dependencies, documenting current-state processes, identifying gaps, and delivering scalable improvements
• Contribute to production support operating models by authoring SOPs and maintaining effective stakeholder communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials or similar financial systems
• Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
