Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Planview Connected Solution program, the remote contract Senior Systems Analyst will translate business requests into IT functional requirements, lead Agile ceremonies, and facilitate team problem-solving and requirement reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine technical requirements using story cards while maintaining team boards
• Create documentation and basic artifacts for the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements
• Lead Agile ceremonies and participate in planning sessions to ensure project alignment and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in IT systems
• At least four years of experience designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Ability to create metrics through detailed analysis and data interpretation
• Familiarity with documentation standards and methodologies
