Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical and functional support, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will lead system configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of ERP applications for supply chain and warehouse management solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assists IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
• Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Functions as a technical consultant, participating in system-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and meet institutional goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (or equivalent based on education level)
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment
