Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex data conversion efforts, the remote Senior Systems Analyst will own the end-to-end conversion lifecycle, working directly with customers to analyze, map, transform, and validate data as it transitions from legacy systems into the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle data conversion across multiple customer projects, including discovery, mapping, transformation, validation, and go-live
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding data strategy and managing expectations
• Analyze and validate large datasets using advanced SQL while collaborating with Business Analysts to meet customer data requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data conversion, warehousing, systems analysis, or ETL-focused roles
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, preferably SSIS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes
