Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Systems Analyst will help build, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications, collaborating with business partners to enhance business processes and ensuring deliverables are met through effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into technical specifications and participate in large system implementations
• Analyze and streamline business processes while supporting developers and testers during system development
• Provide procedural and technical guidance to the team, helping troubleshoot complex issues

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience in systems analysis
• High school diploma required; further education in a related field is preferred
• Experience with systems analysis and design tools across multiple platforms
• Ability to mentor associates and influence best practices within the systems analyst community
• Proven experience in evaluating functional and technical problems
