Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex data conversion efforts, the remote Senior Systems Analyst will manage the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle, collaborating with customers to analyze, map, transform, validate, and load data from legacy systems into the company's software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle data conversions for multiple large-scale projects
• Partner with customers and internal teams to analyze legacy data, document mapping requirements, and transform data into the platform
• Build and execute ETL/ELT processes while identifying and resolving data quality issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data conversion, warehousing, systems analysis, or ETL/ELT-focused roles
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning
• Proven ability to manage multiple large conversion efforts simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance productivity and solution quality
