Job Summary

Driving innovative finance solutions, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will execute finance processes and evolution efforts at the corporate office, focusing on streamlining operations and enhancing data management through tools like Alteryx and Tableau.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop transformative solutions such as dashboards and process automation
• Perform data manipulation and analysis using various data management tools, ensuring compliance with change management protocols
• Collaborate with IT departments and provide training to promote the adoption of innovative products and processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process reimagining and automation
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
• Hands-on skills with Alteryx Designer and experience with Tableau and RPA solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Oracle, iScala, Hyperion, or Blackline preferred
