Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the EHR AmbAccessOncIT department, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will manage transplant workflows, provide second and third-level support, and oversee project management in a primarily remote role with occasional on-site requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage transplant workflows, including referral and post-transplant follow-up processes
• Provide second and third-level support, mentoring less experienced staff and resolving complex issues
• Take ownership of projects, distributing tasks to team members and ensuring milestone completion

Required qualifications

• Typically has 5+ years of experience in technology and application support
• 3+ years of experience supporting the Epic Phoenix application is strongly preferred
• Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency is strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic or other EMR systems, or relevant clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of information technology fundamentals and SDLC
