Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst will manage the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems, while providing end-user training and project coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, ensuring system functionality and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives
• Provide end-user support and training, assessing readiness and developing training materials for effective system use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or six years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems administration or support
• Relevant certifications or proficiencies targeted for completion within 90 days of training
• Significant expertise in clinical, imaging, or web application systems with a focus on efficiency and optimization
• Senior-level understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
