Senior Systems Analyst Banner

Job Summary

To support the Student Information System initiatives, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst, Banner will analyze existing systems, recommend improvements, and serve as a liaison between various teams while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure system design meets functional, security, and performance requirements while resolving complex problems with urgency
• Develop expert-level knowledge of the Banner Student Module and act as the primary contact for business and technical inquiries
• Document technical specifications, perform impact analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software/System Development Lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst leading complex enterprise information systems programs
• Experience with the Banner Student Information System and its data model
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Software/System Development Lifecycle and integration methods
• Knowledge of security standards and architecture
