Senior Systems Analyst - Epic Certified
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Systems Analyst - Epic Certified, this remote position will manage transplant workflows, provide second and third-level support, and oversee project management while collaborating with team members and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and document transplant workflows and regulatory requirements for solid organ transplant programs
- Provide second and third-level support, mentoring less experienced staff and managing problem resolution
- Lead project management efforts, including task distribution, milestone tracking, and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology and application support, with 3+ years specifically in Epic Phoenix
- Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency is strongly preferred
- Experience with other EMR systems or clinical settings is advantageous
- Demonstrated understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
