Senior Systems Architect

Job Summary

Senior Systems Architect, responsible for leading the design and optimization of internal MDR service delivery systems and infrastructure in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive system architecture for detection ingestion, ticketing, and customer data workflows
• Develop integration patterns and API strategies connecting multiple systems while guiding engineering teams on architectural implementation
• Audit current systems, identify bottlenecks, and recommend modernization strategies to support significant growth

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping distributed systems in production
• 5+ years in security operations, MDR, MSSP, SOC, or equivalent high-volume event processing
• Strong API design expertise (REST, GraphQL, event-driven) and database architecture experience (relational and NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration
• Production experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or RabbitMQ
