Senior Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Consultant to act as a technical first-stop owner for application and infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging and troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues
• Conduct initial technical assessments and investigate issues related to .NET application behavior and infrastructure
• Track triaged issues to resolution, document outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of .NET application behavior in production environments
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Experience navigating server logs and system-level diagnostics
• Demonstrated ability to conduct hypothesis-driven investigations
• Supportive knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps is preferred
