Senior Systems Designer
Job Summary
To build the operating system for EPD, the full-time Senior Systems Designer will design and manage workflows in Jira, create automation and agents, and drive adoption across engineering, product, and design teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own workflow and hierarchy in Jira to reflect real practices
- Build automation and agents to enhance system functionality and drive team adoption
- Identify and resolve delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level to address root causes
Required qualifications
- Recent experience building and shipping projects, with a focus on using AI in workflows
- Ability to analyze and simplify processes to improve efficiency
- Proven track record of driving adoption of systems through collaboration and clear communication
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies, particularly in AI tooling
- No formal engineering degree required; real, recent work experience is prioritized
