Senior Systems Developer

Job Summary

To shape and ship production AI systems, the full-time Senior Agentic Systems Developer will own the technical direction for shared components and platform capabilities, focusing on system architecture, CI/CD patterns, and AI tooling leadership in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture and evolution of shared components and platform capabilities for AI-driven products
• Design and build CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and developer workflows for predictable production shipping
• Lead AI tooling adoption and establish patterns that enhance developer leverage and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proficiency in modern backend or full-stack languages
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
• Proven track record in building developer platforms and delivery systems, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Expert-level understanding of agentic system design and production-grade architectures
• Demonstrated experience delivering production, client-facing agentic solutions end-to-end
