Senior Systems Developer

Job Summary

To drive technology-enabled efficiency and growth, the full-time Senior Systems Developer will design, build, and administer a CRM platform for the mortgage team while integrating core banking systems and automating manual processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a CRM platform tailored to mortgage and lending workflows, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Lead the automation of the mortgage file opening process and develop integrations between core systems like Encompass and NuPoint
• Serve as the primary technical resource for the mortgage team, translating operational needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development or systems integration experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and administer CRM or similar data-driven business applications
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and workflow automation
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
