Senior Systems Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Developer, the fully remote position will design, develop, and maintain advanced application solutions for Health IT systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and frameworks while leading Agile software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application solutions in alignment with DoD standards
- Lead the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Implement and support enterprise content management systems, particularly OpenText Content Suite
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Health IT systems and software development
- Experience with Department of Defense systems development using the DoDI 5000.02 Agile acquisition lifecycle
- Strong technical expertise in application development and business process automation
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ECM implementations, preferably with OpenText Content Suite
