Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud architectures focusing on performance, reliability, and security
• Optimize SaaS platforms for seamless integration with enterprise cloud environments
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices to meet federal cybersecurity requirements

Required Qualifications

• An active Secret DoD clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure management
• Proven experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of federal government cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust
