Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead complex infrastructure initiatives and architect storage and data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a high-performance data warehousing environment in collaboration with the Data Engineering team
• Integrate colocated infrastructure with cloud environments to create a hybrid cloud architecture
• Manage datacenter operations, including IP allocation and monitoring deployment for infrastructure systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering
• 8+ years working in a virtualized environment with multiple hypervisors
• 5+ years building infrastructure for large-scale SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of Linux and experience with network-based storage solutions using iSCSI
• Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting
