Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - CMDB Process Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the configuration management process, ensuring quality and governance
• Develop and implement techniques for system problem prevention, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Automate application installation and configuration in development and production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and/or systems engineering
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery preferred
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
