Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to drive innovation in hosting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and tune an enterprise datacenter environment including multi-domain Windows Infrastructure and virtualization
• Monitor resource usage, optimize performance, and develop proactive procedures to enhance service continuity
• Manage assigned projects, mentor team members, and oversee multi-site network operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Enterprise environment
• Deep expertise with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and large farm environments
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus and Office 365 Administration
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
• Certifications such as VCP-DCV or MCSE are advantageous
