Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Senior Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical SME for ABDAR development, advising the Principal Engineer and supporting cross-functional teams
• Develop and review FMECA and FHA to inform repair prioritization and safety analysis
• Contribute to the ABDAR Technical Manual, including damage classification logic and repair techniques

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in military or commercial aircraft structural and systems repair
• Prior experience in ABDAR development or combat damage repair scenarios
• Demonstrated ability to conduct or review FMECA and FHA
• Deep understanding of MIL-STD-87158D and MIL-STD-38784B
• Expertise in structural damage mechanics and mission assurance
