Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Dynatrace).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead observability projects to manage and maintain APM platform infrastructure performance, reliability, and security
• Automate monitoring onboarding, reporting, and auditing to enhance performance of APM tools
• Troubleshoot service disruptions to determine root causes and develop solutions for improved reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Experience with Dynatrace SaaS and cloud integrations (AWS & Azure)
• Proficiency in scripting (Python or other tools) and automation (Ansible)
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Service Now and Atlassian
