Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Digital Employee Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Digital Employee Experience solutions and manage incident escalations
• Coordinate problem and incident management with third-party vendors and provide after-hours support for critical issues
• Mentor multidisciplinary system engineers and facilitate Agile ceremonies to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in systems engineering
• Experience with End User Technology solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ServiceNow
• Proven track record in driving Digital Employee Experience improvements
• Certifications in Agile or IT Service Management preferred
