Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Staff Systems Engineer (ForgeRock Identity).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of identity solutions using ForgeRock products
• Lead end-to-end identity management projects, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while establishing strong client relationships to provide strategic IAM guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of related engineering experience
• 5+ years of managing ForgeRock Identity Management projects and teams
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols and identity governance principles
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock products and proficiency in Java programming
