Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, Metrics & Simulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and guide simulation scenario test case development for evaluating system performance and behavior
• Develop AV behavior metrics to monitor performance of the system
• Analyze simulation test results and identify solutions to increase test coverage and determine correct AV behaviors

Required Qualifications

• Experience in creating simulations and working within a simulation test environment
• Experience in software engineering and algorithm design
• Fluent in Python; experience with C++ and SQL is a plus
• Working knowledge of safety standards applicable to on-road autonomy such as ISO-26262 or ISO 21448 (SOTIF)
• Demonstrated experience working across highly cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
