Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer who can analyze client environments, define technical roadmaps, and drive infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client IT environments including servers, Active Directory, security posture, backups, and Microsoft 365
- Develop infrastructure improvement plans and modernization roadmaps
- Lead technical planning for migrations, upgrades, and standardization projects
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise with Active Directory administration, structure, and troubleshooting
- Strong background supporting enterprise Windows Server infrastructure
- Experience planning or leading infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or modernization efforts
- Ability to assess complex environments and organize technical projects at a high level
- Comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives forward
