Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the FAA's Office of Performance Analysis through advanced technical planning and system integration design.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Air Traffic System Automation Support, including Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis Support
• Develop system engineering Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) documents and other necessary documentation
• Interface with customers to gather and document system functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience as a government development contractor for IT projects
• Familiarity with cloud-based development, particularly Amazon Web Services
• Experience with database technologies and developing system-level designs
