Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Apache/Kafka, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system and product requirements, generating performance and reliability specifications
• Lead the evaluation, design, and integration of system enhancements or new releases
• Administer Kafka platforms on-prem and in the cloud

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 years of related experience in systems engineering
• Kafka Administration experience
• AWS Experience
• Experience with monitoring/alerting and logging tools, preferably Dynatrace and Splunk
