Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalation support via telephone, web, or on-site with data-centric objectives
  • Create technical documentation for knowledge sharing and drive customer technical product issue resolution
  • Support Early Adopter customers and complete quarterly training deliverables on new features and technology enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical support and/or escalation support experience in Networking or SaaS applications
  • Proven track record in providing high-level technical support with a customer-centric approach
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent study
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technology and networking protocols
  • Experience with troubleshooting and using data for informed decision-making
