Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 environment and oversee identity and access management
Serve as Tier III escalation point for complex system incidents and monitor system health

Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive systems engineering experience
3+ years supporting enterprise or multi-site environments
Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and Entra
