Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document issues and communicate with users and management regarding system status
• Perform maintenance of computing infrastructure and ensure compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• Experience with system administration tasks and automation tools
