Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems
Document and resolve system outages and problems during operations
Maintain compliance with VA standards and security policies

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud technologies
Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages for system management
