Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for complex application cloud systems
• Detect, document, and resolve system outages and problems during operations
• Ensure compliance with VA standards and security policies while maintaining system assets

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, particularly in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• Experience with SQL query and monitoring for 3+ years
