Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
Document problems and maintain compliance with VA standards and security policies
Respond to user calls regarding hardware and software issues and perform system maintenance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
