Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document problems and communicate status updates to users and management
• Maintain compliance with security policies and perform system maintenance and installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, Linux/Unix, and Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
