Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document problems and maintain compliance with VA standards and security policies
• Perform maintenance and installation of computing infrastructure while implementing continuous improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages for system management
