Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document problems and maintain system assets while ensuring compliance with security policies
• Communicate with users and management regarding system status and perform maintenance of computing infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, particularly in production environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud, Linux/Unix, and Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
