Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document problems and communicate with users and management regarding system status
• Perform maintenance and ensure compliance with security policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, with 3+ years in SQL query and monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
