Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve system outages
• Document problems and maintain system asset inventory while ensuring compliance with security policies
• Respond to user issues and perform maintenance and installation of computing infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services, including S3 and CloudWatch
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems, along with scripting languages like Python or Bash
• U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity; must qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
