Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for complex application cloud systems and resolve technical problems
• Document and report system outages, ensuring recovery and compliance with security policies
• Maintain system infrastructure and collaborate with users and management on system performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, with a focus on production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• Experience with SQL and monitoring tools
