Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Systems Engineer will support internal systems including Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, and MS Defender while collaborating with the internal infrastructure team.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and desktop troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Manage data and platform migrations, taking projects from proof-of-concept to production

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience/administration
• Advanced PowerShell skills, including scripting
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect
• Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and cybersecurity solutions
